European Tour
Today in Sindelfingen the European Darts Grand Prix will begin - the fourth European Tour event of the year. As always on the first day of the tournament only the qualifiers will stand at the oche. In an afternoon- and an evening-session the first round will be played.
Among the players in action today are six German players and big names like James Wade, Raymond van Barneveld, Peter Wright and Luke Littler.

Aspinall wins in Rotterdam
Nathan Aspinall got in Rotterdam his second day win of the season and moved up to third place of the table. He defeated in the final Michael Smith with 6:4. Smith improved his chances to reach a play-off place and sits in fifth place only two points behind Michael van Gerwen who lost in the quarterfinals to Luke Humphries and stayed without a point. Thanks to his win over van Gerwen Humphries is back at the head of his table despite losing in the semi-finals to Nathan Aspinall.

PDC Premier League
Today the 12. League Day of Premier League will take place in Rotterdam.
So in the centre of interest of course will be Michael van Gerwen who will stand on home soil at the oche in the last quarterfinal against World Champion Luke Humphries. The night will be opened by the quarterfinal between Michael Smith and head of the table Luke Littler. After that Rob Cross will play against Gerwyn Price. In the third quarterfinal Nathan Aspinall will meet bottom of the table Peter Wright.

The PDC Order of Merit, the Pro Tour Order of Merit and the European Tour Order of Merit were updated after the International Darts Open in Riesa.

Schindler wins in Riesa
Martin Schindler won in Riesa the final against reigning champion Gerwyn Price with 8:5 and is the new International Darts Open Champion. Schindler is the only third German player who won a PDC tournament. Schindler as Price played consistently good throughout the tournament. In the final Price lost his accuracy on the doubles and Schindler won deservedly.
Schindler defeated on finals day Richard Veenstra, Danny Noppert and Chris Dobey. Price prevailed over Ricardo Pietreczko, Ross Smith and Stephen Bunting. Against Pietrezcko he played a new European Tour Rekord Average of 115.74.

European Tour
Today the tournament in Riesa will be played to the end. In the afternoon the third round took place, tonight quarterfinals, semi-finals and final will follow.
From the Premier League players Nathan Aspinall, Rob Cross and Luke Humphries lost their third round matches. Only reigning champion Gerwyn Price prevailed in the third round and played with 115.74 the so far highest average of the tournament.

European Tour
On the second day of the event as always in the European Tour Events the second round took place. In an afternoon- and an evening- session the first round winners played against the seeded players.
From the seeded players Krzystztof Ratajski, Jonny Clayton, Michael Smith, Dave Chisnall, Joe Cullen, Josh Rock and Dirk van Duijvenbode didn't survive the second round. The outstanding performances provided Chris Dobey and Nathan Aspinall who both played averages of over 111.

European Tour

Van Gerwen wins in Birmingham
Michael van Gerwen won in Birmingham the final against Luke Littler with 6:3 and is back winning with his fourth day win. He moved up to the third place of the table.
On his way to the final van Gerwen defeated Nathan Aspinall and Michael Smith. Littler prevailed against Rob Cross and Luke Humphries. Peter Wright and Gerwyn Price as Aspinall and Cross didn't get a point in Birmingham.

PDC Pro Tour
Chris Dobey and Danny Noppert were the winners of the Players Championships 7 and 8 which took place yesterday and today in Leicester.
On Monday Chris Dobey won the 7. Players Championship with 8:4 against Josh Rock. In semi-finals stood Ross Smith and Luke Woodhouse. During the event Dobey, Steve Beaton and Daryl Gurney threw a nine-darter.
Today Danny Noppert defeated in the 8. Players Championship Luke Humphries in the final with 8:6 and won the title. The semi-finals reached Gian van Veen and Radek Szaganski.

Tomorrow and on Tuesday in Leicester the Players Championships 7 and 8 will take place. Most Tour Card Holders registered - only Adrian Lewis and Adam Smith Neale will miss out and will be replaced by Andy Boulton and Aden Kirk.

Luke Littler got in Manchester his second Premier League Day win in a row and moved up to the head of the table. Littler defeated in the final Gerwyn Price who before in his semi-final against Michael Smith threw a nine-darter.
Littler reached the final with wins over Michael van Gerwen and Nathan Aspinall. Price defeated in the quarterfinals in the best match of the night Peter Wright who played an 109 average. Beside Wright and van Gerwen in Manchester Luke Humphries and Rob Cross stayed without a point.

Tomorrow the Premier League travels for the tenth League Day to Manchester.
In the first quarterfinal Nathan Aspinall will play against Rob Cross. After that Luke Littler clashes with Michael van Gerwen whom he defeated last week in the semi-finals. In the third quarterfinal Michael Smith will play against head of the table Luke Humphries before in the last quarterfinal the two players at the bottom of the table - Gerwyn Price and Peter Wright - will battle for points.

Humphries wins in Munic
Luke Humphries defeated in the final of the German Darts Grand Prix in Munic Michael van Gerwen with 8:1 and retrieved the title he had lost last year. Humphries dominated the event and played in the final an 112.66 average - van Gerwen had - as all others of Humphries' opponents - no chance at all. Humphries defeated on finals day Ryan Joyce, Danny Noppert and Gerwyn Price as well while van Gerwen reached the final with unthreatened wins over Joe Cullen, Jermaine Wattimena and Martin Schindler.

PDC European Tour
Today the tournament in Munic will be played to the end. In the afternoon-session the third round will be played, tonight quarterfinals, semi-finals and final will take place.
Outstanding on the second day were the first four matches of the evening-session - the four winners Michael Smith, Danny Noppert, Gerwyn Price and Luke Humphries all progressed with averages of over 100 into the next round. Danny Noppert won the best and very close match of the day against Gian van Veen who showed a great perfomrnace himself and had an average of 108.51.

On the first day of the tournament Peter Wright and Chris Dobey provided with their averages of over 103 the performance highlights. With the exception of Martin Schindler all German qualifiers were eliminated first round.
On the second day the seeded players join the tournament. Among them is with Michael Smith the reigning champion. He will play at the begin of the evening session against Cameron Menzies.

The ninth League Day of Premier League takes place today in Belfast in Northern Ireland.
The League Night starts with a repeat of the World Championship final from January - Luke Humphries clashes with Luke Littler. The second quarterfinal is a repeat of the World Championship Final 2023 - Michael Smith will play with Michael van Gerwen. In the third quarterfinal Nathan Aspinall will meet Gerwyn Price and in the last quarterfinal Rob Cross will play against Peter Wright.

WDF Results
The Torshavn Open on the Faroe Islands were won by Jan McIntosh and Michelle Merlit. For both it was the first ranking title and McIntosh is the first ever player from the Faroe Islands who won a WDF Ranking Title.
Winner of the International Youth Open in Vienna were Italian Aurora Fochesato and Latvian Ralfs Laumanis. Fochesato won the event for the third time.
Leonard Gates won the Missouri St.Patrick's Open, the women's title conquered Kaitlyn McKinley.

PDC Women's Series
Fallon Sherrock started with two wins in this year's PDC Women's Series and stood in the semi-finals of the other two events. By this she now heads the table.
The other two events of the weekend were won by Noa-Lynn van Leuven and Mikuru Suzuki. Beau Greaves - who dominated the the Women's Series last year - lost twice to Fallon Sherrock in the final and beside reached a quarterfinal.

Third win in a row for Humphries
On the eighth League Day Luke Humphries completed the hat-trick. This time he defeated Michael Smith in the final. Again Humphries dominated the night - he played in all three matches an average of over 100. The semi-finals reached Gerwyn Price and Nathan Aspinall who won their quarterfinals against Michael van Gerwen and Rob Cross respectively. It was the fourth time in a row the Dutchman lost already in the quarterfinals. Beside Cross and van Gerwen Peter Wright and Luke Littler stayed without a point.
Humphries extended his lead at the head of the table to seven points, Michael Smith moved up into the Top 4.

Wins for van Barneveld and Chisnall in Hildesheim
The Players Championships 5 + 6- - which took place on Monday and Tuesday in Hildesheim - were won by Raymond Van Barnevld and Dave Chisnall.
Raymond van Barneveld defeated in the final of the fifth Players Championships Stephen Bunting with 8:1. In the semi-finals stood Gary Anderson and Ross Smith. Michael Smith threw a nine-darter in the fourth round.
Winner of the sixth Players Championship was Dave Chisnall who prevailed in the final 8:6 against Dirk van Duijvenbode. The semi-finals reached Darryl Gurney and again Ross Smith.

Five events of the PDC Challlenge Tour were played at the weekend in Hildesheim, Germany. On Friday Noa-Lynn van Leuven and Rene Eidams won one event each. On Saturday Andy Boulton was the winner twice. The last event on Sunday was won by Lee Cocks.
Danny Jansen, who stood in one final and one quarterfinal, still heads the table while Boulton moved up in second place.

Humphries wins in Nottingham as well
Luke Humphries won as well the seventh Premier League League Day in Nottingham - his second day win in a row by which he ousted Michael van Gerwen - who lost in Nottingham in the quarterfinals against Nathan Aspinall - at the head of the table.
Aspinall defeated in the semi-finals Luke Littler before he lost in the final 3:6 to Humphries. Humphries reached the final with wins over Michael Smith and Peter Wright.

World Series of Darts
All PDC participants and most Northamerican participants in the U.S. Darts Masters were announced. Luke Ltitler will be among the participants in the tournament which will take place from 31. May to 1. June in New York.
Beside the PDC announced that the number of participants in the World Series Finals will be expanded from 24 to 32 and due to this on the second day of the tournament an afternoon-seesion was added.

Littler wins Belgian Darts Open
In a highclass final in Wieze in the end with Luke Littler the best player of the tournament prevailed. He defeated in the close final Rob Cross - who showed a great performance as well and had with over 108 the better average - with 8:7 and threw a nine-darter in the final. It was Littler's European Tour debut.
Littler reached the final with wins over Damon Heta, Jermaine Wattimena and Ricard Pietreczko on Finals Day, Cross defeated on the last day of the tournament Danny Noppert, Ryan Searle and Gerwyn Price.

Spring in Exmoor
Here to finish the article about the final day of UK Open which ended with Dimitri van den Bergh as a slightly surprising but nevertheless deserved winner. Before we did see some interesting and one outstanding quarterfinals, a rather sad and an one sided semi-final and a very close and very emotional final to which both winner and finalist conntributed their bit.

Humphries wins in Brighton
World Champion Luke Humphries got in Brighton the first day win of this year's Premier League. The ourstanding player of the night defeated in the final Michael Smith with 6:3 and by this moved up to the second place in the table behind Michael van Gerwen who for the second night in a row stayed without a point.
Humphries reached the final with wins over Gerwyn Price and Rob Cross - in the so far best match of the season. Michael Smith defeated on his way to the final Peter Wright and Luke Littler. Wright still is the only player whithout a point in the table..

The second article recalls the action on the second day of the tournament - there were more upsets, a lot of emotions and at the end of the day the eight quarterfinalist were known. Most of them were not among the favourites to win predicted before the tournament started.

In a thrilling final which got very close at the end Dimitri van den Bergh prevailed 11:10 over Luke Humphries.
Before the Belgian defeated on finals day first Martin Lukeman and after that Damon Heta. Humphries reached the final with wins over Stephen Bunting and Ricky Evans.

This year again Global Darts is in Minehead for the UK Open.

It is Finals Day in Minehead. In the afternoon the quarterfinals will take place, in the Evening-Session semi-finals and final will be played.
On the second day in the fith and sixth round the number of participants was reduced to eight. Not a single former champion is still in the tournament instead we've with Martin Lukeman and Ricky Evans two players in the mix not many would have predicted among the last eight. As well still in are Premier League players Luke Humphries, Luke Littler and Rob Cross beside Stephen Bunting, Dimitri van den Bergh and Damon Heta who yesterday impressed with two great comebacks.

On the first day of the UK Open in Minehead Rounds 1 - 4 took place. Today the fifth and sixth round will be played.
The biggest upsets of the first day caused Martin Schindler, Graham Usher and Mensur Suljovic who eliminated Gerwyn Price, Ryan Searle and Michael van Gerwen - who seemed to have problems with his shoulder. The only player still in the tournament who started first round as debutant is Benjamin Drue-Reus.

On Friday, the 1. March, the UK Open will begin in Minehead.
The PDC published now after the draw the schedule of the first, second and third round as well which will be all played on Friday afternoon. After that the draw for the fourth round will take place in which the Top 32 of the Order of Merit join the tournament and which will be played Friday night.

Development Tour
At the weekend in Milton Keynes the first Development Tour weekend of the year took place. Five Events were played, two were won by Keane Barry who besides two times reached the quarterfinals. One tournament each won Danny Jansen, Jurjen van der Velde and Gian van Veen. Gian van Veen in addition was defeated in one final by Keane Barry. Beau Greaves took part in four of the events and sits after the weekend in the tenth place of the ranking.

Third Night Win in a row for van Gerwen
Michael van Gerwen won the fourth League Day in Newcastle as well. This time he prevailed in the final over Nathan Aspinall who won his first three points in Newcastle. In the semi-finals stood Rob Cross and Luke Littler.
Peter Wright now is the only player without a point in the table though he showed a strong performance on the fourth League Day.

Ryan Searle won in Leicester the third Players Championship against Gary Anderson who once again impressed with high averages. In the semi-finals stood Callan Rydz and Michael van Gerwen.

This week the Pro Tour comes to Leicester.

Henderson wins World Senior Championship
Though Scotsman Robert Thornton coudln't defend the title thanks to John Hendersons win the tile stayed in Scotland. John Henderson defeated in the final Colin McGarry with 5:0. In Finals Day Henderson defeated Andy Hamilton and Canadian Jim Long and only lost one Set on the day. PDC Nordic and Baltic
The Nordic and Baltic Tour started at the weekend in Latvia in the season 2024.
The three qualifiers for the first three European Tour Events of the year were won by Andreas Harrysson, Viktor Tingström and Cor Dekker gewonnen. The titles of the first two Pro Tour Events went to Jeffrey de Graaf - with a win over Jani Laurilaa - and Marko Kantele who prevented in the final only just a comeback of Johan Engström.

German Host Nation Qualifiers
At the weekend in Hildesheim, Germany the Host Nation Qualifiers for theEuropean Tour Events 2, 3, 4 and 6 in Munic, Riesa, Sindelfingen and Kiel took place. This year for places are on offer for each event in the Host Nation Qualifiers. Most successful participant was Franz Rötzsch who will stand at the oche in Munic, Sindelfingen and Kiel. Michael Unterbuchner qualified for the events in Munic and Riesa. As well for Munic qualified beside Oliver Müller and Matthias Ehlers, for Riesa Patrick Klingelhöfner, Kai Gotthardt and Jan Drückers. For Sindelfingen qualified beside Rötzsch Rene Eidams, Arno Merk and Nike Springer while Maritz Hilger, Kevin Troppmann and Christopher Toonders qualified for Kiel.

Van Gerwen wins in Glasgow as well
Michael van Gerwen prevailed on the third League Day in Glasgow in a close final 6:5 over Luke Humphries and now leads with three points advance the table. Before he won in the quarterfinals against Peter Wright and in the semi-finals against Rob Cross. Humphries defeated in the quarterfinals Nathan Aspinall and in the semi-finals Gerwyn Price.
Aspinall and Peter Wright still sit with no point at the bottom of the table.

Qualifiers European Tour Events 1 and 2
At the Tour Card Holder Qualifiers today in Wigan four players qualified for both the first European Tour Event in Wieze, Belgium, and for the second European Tour Event in Munic: Mike de Decker, Lukas Wenig, Jermaine Wattimena and Richard Veenstra.
For the event in Wieze qualified as well Luke Woodhouse, James Hurrell, Daniel Klose, Luke Littler, Berry van Peer and Chris Landman. In Munic Alan Soutar, Steve Lennon, Jeffrey de Graaf, Niels Zooneveld, Kevin Doets and Cameron Menzies will stand on stage as well.

Littler and Anderson win in Wigan
Luke Littler and Gary Anderson won in Wigan the Players Championships 1 and 2. Both players showed outstanding performances.
Luke Littler won on Monday the first Players Championship of the year with an 8:7 win over Ryan Searle. In the semi-finals stood Alan Soutar and Gian van Veen. Littler was beside one of three players who threw a nine-darter - the other two nine-darters threw Mickey Mansell and Leighton Bennett.
The second Players Championship on Tuesday was won by Gary Anderson who as well prevailed in the final over Ryan Searle. The semi-finals reached Peter Wright and Martin Lukeman. Anderson twice just missed a nine-darter throughout the day.
Today in Wigan the qualifiers for the European Tour Events 1 and 2 will take place.

PDC Pro Tour
On Monday this year's PDC Pro Tour will begin in Wigan.
On Monday and Tuesday the Players Championships 1 and 2 will be played, on Wednesday the Tour Card Holders Qualifiers for the European Tour Events 1 and 2 in Wieze, Belgium and in Munic will follow.

The Uk Open will be played from 1. - 3. March in Minehead.
The first amateur qualifiers already took place and the PDC announced the participants who qualified by the Development Tour and the Challenge Tour.

Van Gerwen wins in Berlin
Michael van Gerwen defeated in the very close final of the second league day in Berlin Luke Littler with 6:5 and got his first day win. Before he defeated in the quarterfinals Nathan Aspinall with 6:4 and prevailed in the semi-finals over Michael Smith as well in the deciding leg. Littler reached the final with 6:5 wins over Rob Rob Cross and Luke Humphries.
Michael Smith stays in the first place of the table. Aspinall and Peter Wright sit without points in the last to places of the table.

PDC Premier League
For the Second League Day the Premier League travels to Berlin.
The night will begin with the quarterfinal between Nathan Aspinall and Michael van Gerwen before in the second quarterfinal as in the final of the first League Day Michael Smith and Gerwyn Price will clash. After that Luke Littler will play against Rob Cross - both players reached last week the semi-finals. Bunting wins Masters
With a 11:7 win over Michael van Gerwen Stephen Bunting won the Masters and secured his first PDC TV title. With Bunting the most convincing and consistent player won the tournament.
The very one-sided semi-finals beside reached Nathan Aspinall and Dimitri van den Bergh. Reigning champion Chris Dobey was already eliminated in the second round on Saturday by van Gerwen.

The Masters
Tonight in Milton Keynes the Masters will begin. The first round will be played in which the players ranked 9 - 24 in the PDC Order of Merit will take part. Among them is the reigning champion Chris Dobey who will play against Andrew Gilding.
Gerwyn Price withdrew due to family reasons from the event and is replaced by Daryl Gurney.

Smith wins in Cardiff
Michael Smith won the first Premier League Night in Cardiff. He defeated Gerwyn Price in the final with 6:2. Smith heads with five points the league table. In the semi-finals stood Rob Cross and Luke Littler.

Van Gerwen wins Dutch Darts Masters
With a 8:6 win over Luke Littler Michael van Gerwen won the Dutch Darts Masters and the Toon Greebe Trophy. The final was from both players highclass - Littler had with almost 107 the higher average but spoilt to many chances.
Van Gerwen defeated on his way to the final with Vincent van der Voort, Raymond van Barneveld and Gian van Veen three fellow country men. Littler prevailed over Dirk van Duijvenbode, Luke Humphries and Gerwyn Price.

World Series of Darts
At the Dutch Darts Masters in the first round the PDC representatives Nathan Aspinall, Peter Wright, Rob Cross and Michael Smith were eliminated. Instead the Benelux players Danny Nopper, Kevin Doets, Raymond van Barneveld and Gian van Veen progressed into the quarterfinals. As well eliminated was the reigning champion Dimitri van den Bergh. He lost in the best match of the first round despite an 102.43 average to Gerwyn Price.
Today the tournament will be played to the end - after the quarterfinals in which we'll see a repeat of the World Championship Fional between Luke Humphries and Luke Littler semi-finals and final will follow..

Today in Den Bosch in the Netherlands the second event of the World Series 2024 will begin, the Dutch Darts Masters. The PDC representatives Rob Cross, Gerwyn Price, Michael van Gerwen, Luke Humphries, Michael Smith, Nathan Aspinall, Luke Littler and Peter Wright will meet eight Benelux representatives - among them reigning champion Dimitri van den Bergh.

The PDC today published the schedule of the quarterfinals of all League Days of the Premier League. The Premier League will begin on Thursday, 1. February with the League Day in Cardiff and will end on 23. May with the Play-Offs in the O2 Arena in London. On each League Day a mini tournament with quarterfinals, semi-finals and final will be played. On the first League Day the quarterfinal between the new World Champion Luke Humphries and the World Championship runner-up Luke Littler will be the highlight.

The PDC published as well the schedule of the first and second round of The Masters which will be played from 2. - 4. February. At the in Milton Keynes dthe first Challenge Tour Weekend took place. Fice events were played and they had five differten winners. und es gabe fünf verschiedene Sieger. On Friday Richie Burnett and Danny Jansen were the winners, on Saturday Oskar Lukasiak and Stefan Bellmont both won once. The fifth event on Suday was won by Aden Kirk. Littler wins in Bahrain
World Championship runner-up Luke Littler defeated in the final in Bahrain Michael van Gerwen with 8:5 and won his first PDC senior title. On his way in the final he defeated Nathan Aspinall and Gerwyn Price, in the quarterfinal against Aspinall Littler threw a nine-darter. Michael van Gerwen reached the final with wins over Rob Cross and Michael Smith where he couldn't quite built on his previous performances.

Though in Bahrain some of the PDC representatives had difficult games all of them won the first round matches and progressed into the quarterfinals. Michael van Gerwen played against Hasan Haji with almost 107 the highest average while Luke Humphries had beside a 98.02 average a hitting rate on the doubles of 100 percent.

Today in Bahrain the Bahrain Darts Masters will begin - the first event of the World Series of Darts this year. The PDC representatives Rob Cross, Gerwyn Price, Michael van Gerwen, Luke Humphries, Michael Smith, Nathan Aspinall, Luke Littler and Peter Wright will play against eight Asian representatives, among them two qualifiers from Bahrain.
Peter Wright will open the tournament against Japanese Haruki Muramatsu. World Champion Luke Humphries will play against Abdulla Saeed from Bahrain and reigning champion Michael Smith will meet Paolo Nebrida from the Philippines.

PDC Qualifiying Schools 2024 - Finale Stage Day 4
On the last day of the final stage the two direct Tour Cards got Englishman Dom Taylor and Swede Jeffrey de Graaf who were the day winners in Milton Keynes and Kalkar. They defeated in the finals Joshua Richardson and Jitse van der Wal.
The Tour Cards European Qualifying School allocated by the ranking went to Haupai Puha, Jules van Dongen, Radek Szaganski, Chris Landman, Patrick Geeraets, Jitse van der Wal, Paul Krohne, Benjamin Reus, Mario Vandenbogaerde, Lukas Wenig, Thibault Tricole, Michele Turetta and Tim Wolters. On the thirt day of the final stage the two direct Tour Cards were allocated to Englishman Leighton Bennett and Belgina Andy Baetens who won the day in Milton Keynes and Kalkar respectively. They defeated in the finals Thomas Cromwell and Radel Szaganski.
Today the last two two direct Tour Cards will be allocated to the day winners. Beside after the end of the final stage on Sunday 23 more Tour Cards will be on offer according to the European/UK ranking - 13 in the European Q School, 10 in the UK Q School.

PDC Qualifiying Schools 2024
The first phase of the Qualifying Schools was played today to the end and the 128 participants in the final phases in both the European and the UK Qualifying Schools are known. Among the 24 players who reached the final stage of the European Qualifying School direct were among others the WDF World Champion 2023 Andy Baetens and the former Tour Card Holders Max Hopp and John Michael. Among the direct qualifiers of the UK Qualifiying School are Andy Hamilton, Fallon Sherrock and the young English talent Leighton Bennett. The field of participants in both Qualifying Schools was filled up with players from the rankings.

World Series of Darts
The PDC announced the field of participants of the first two World Series Events of the year. The Bahrain Darts Masters and the Dutch Darts Masters will both take place in January, the Bahrain Darts Masters on 18. and 19. January, the Dutch Darts Masters on 26. and 27. January. In both events the eight PDC representatives will play against eight regional representatives. In both events Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith, Nathan Aspinall, Gerwyn Price, Rob Cross, Peter Wright and Luke Littler will represent the PDC.

Today in Milton Keynes and in Kalkar, Germany, the UK and the European Qualifying School will begin. All in all more then 800 players registered. The first phase will be played from 8. - 10. January. The second, final phase will follow from 11. - 14 January with 128 participants in each venue, which will consist of qualifiers from the first phase, players from the Challenge Tour and Development Tour Orders of Merit and players who lost their Tour Card end of 2023. 30 Tour Cards are on offer.

After the conclusion of the PDC World Championship 2023/24 the PDC today announced the participants of the PDC Premier League which will be played from 1. February each Thursday.
Beside the newly crowned World Champion Luke Humphries the runner-up Luke Littler invited as well. He will be the so far youngest participant in the Premier League. The other participants will be Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith, Nathan Aspinall, Gerwyn Price, Rob Cross and Peter Wright.

Humphries wins PDC World Championship
In a thrilling and highclass final Luke Humphries prevailed with 7:4 and for the first time won the PDC World Champion title. At the start of the final Humphries had some problems to hit his doubles and the as usual strong playing Littler got a 4:2 lead. But Humphries settled and came back into the match, first levelled 4:4 and then won the last three sets to triumph.

PDC World Championship - Semifinals
On the 15. day of the tournament the semi-finals took place in the Alexandra Palace in London.
In the first semi-final Rob Cross and Luke Littler met and though Rob Cross showed a strong performance he couldn't keep up with Littler who won in the end with 2:6 and progressed as youngest ever and beside unseeded player into the final. Even more dominant was Luke Humphries in the second semi-final against Scott Williams who couldn't win a single set. By his semi-final win Humphries is now the number 1 of the world.
In the final tomorrow Humphries will play against Littler.

After the New Year's Eve break today in the Ally Pally the quarterfinals will be played.
