Carl Sneyd played in 2014 a few WDF tournaments - among them the Welsh Open and the Scottish Open - and after that disappeared. In 2023 he reappeared in the PDC Qualifying School but couldn't get a Tour Card. The following two years he played with more or less no success on the Challenge Tour. In 2025 followed a second failed attempt in Q School but after that he fared better on Challenge Tour and even moved up on the Pro Tour several times. So, he returned to Q School in January 2026 und this time got a Tour Card by the day win.
