David Sharp tried for the first time his luck at Q School in 2013 but couldn't get a Tour Card. His biggest success in his early career were the semi-finals of the Scottish Open in
2014. In the following years he played on the WDF Circuit before he started to play on the Challenge Tour in 2025 where his best result was a quarterfinal. In January 2026 Sharp
returned to Q School and this time got his Tour Card.
