Lee Palfreyman plays with more of less success the PDC Pro Tour since 2002. In 2002 he stood in the semi-finals of the Las Vegas Desert Classics. 2003 he qualified for the PDC World Championship and reached the second round.
In 2011 he for the first time took part in PDC Qualifying School and only just missed out on a Tour Card. He took part in all the UK Open Qualifiers that year but didn't manage to qualify for the UK Open. In 2013 he registered once again for Qualifying School but again couldn't get himself a Tour Card. Again he played all the UK Open Qualifiers as an Associated member and this time qualified for the UK Open and played himself under the last 32.
