Belgian darts player Francois Schweyen played his first PDC event in 2010. In the following years he played WDF events and E-Dart events.
In 2013 he won the EDU European Championship und reached in the same year the quarterfinals of the Dutch Open. After that for a few years he took a break.
2019 Schweyen reappeared and reached the quarterfinals of the Bruges Open and in 2022 he played some Challenge Tour events. He qualified for
a few European Tour events and won 2023 his first WDF tournament - the Belgium Open. In the same year he as well won the Latvian Open but he
didn't manage to qualify for the WDF World Championships. His WDF World Championships debut followed in 2024 and he played himself into
the semi-finals. 2025 Schweyen again qualified for two European Tour events but didn't survive the first round but he again was successful
enough on the WDF Circuit to qualify for the WDF World Championships.
Schweyen took part in the PDC Qualifying School in 2022, 2023 and 2024 but couldn't get a Tour Card.
