David Pallett started to play darts as a youth and played the BDO circuit from 2005 - 2013. In 2013 he took part in the PDC Qualifying School and won a two years tour card by the Q School Order of Merit. He qualified for the first event of the European Tour 2013, later for the UK Open and reached the last 16 of a Players Championship. In another European Event - the Dutch Darts Masters - he reached the last 16.
In 2014 Pallett again qualified for the UK Open after he had thrown a nine-darter in one of the qualifiers. He reached the last 32 of the UK Open where he lost to Gary Anderson. As he again played the Pro Tour with some success he qualified for the PDC World Championship 2015 and returned in 2016 again to the tournament. 2017 he lost his Tour Card after both 2016 and 2017 had been years without results. He failed to get it back in Qualifying School 2018 but qualified for the UK Open 2018 and out from nowhere reached the semi-finals of the event. 2018 he most of the time played on the Challenge Tour before Pallett in 2019 once again entered Qualifying School - this time with success. So again he plays on the Pro Tour and afain so far without results.
