Damian Mol for the first time took part in a tournamentin 2017 when he reached the Last 128 of the Dutch Open. Since 2019 he played on the PDC Development Tour where he won his first event in 2020. He qualified for the UK Open 2021 but lost in the second round. 2022 Mol took part in the PDC Qualifying School and secured a Tour Card by the ranking. 2022 he stood under the Last 16 od the PDC World Youth Championship. Both in the UK Open 2022 and 2023 he reached the third round.
