Not much is known about Japanese Edward Shoji Foulkes - neither about his soft-darts nor about his steel-darts career. He didn't take part in the PDC Asia Tour. But Foulkes out of nowhere he won the PDJ Qualfier for the PDC World Championship 2021 and gave his debut on the stage of the Alexandra Palace against Mike de Decker whom he defeated with 3:0. He was elimnated Second Round by Brendan Dolan.
