Mark Cox plays since 2009 - when he managed to qualify for the UK Open for the first time - the PDC Circuit. 2013 he took part in PDC Qualifying School but didn't manage to win himself a Tour Card. So he played the UK Open qualifiers and some of the Players Championships 2013 as an associate PDPA member.
2013 he qualified for the fourth time for the UK Open and reached the last 64. Beside he takes part in the UK Qualifiers for the European Tour Events and qualified for the European Darts Open
